Waste organic matter is directly put into the equipment. When conditions such as temperature, moisture, and oxygen content are appropriate, these microorganisms multiply and decompose the organic matter contained in the waste organic matter.Through the synthesis and decomposition process of microbial life activities, a part of the absorbed organic matter is oxidized into simple inorganic matter, and provides the energy required for life activities; at the same time, another part of the organic matter is transformed into new cell material to make microorganisms proliferate. The whole fermentation process consists of two stages: primary fermentation and secondary fermentation:1. One fermentation:It refers to the stage from the temperature rise to the beginning to decrease. It is the first stage of fermentation. It is a fermentation process characterized by the rapid decomposition of organic components in organic waste by microorganisms. At this stage, it is usually necessary to supply oxygen to the accumulation layer or the fermentation device. The microorganisms in the organic waste and the bacteria absorb the nutrients such as carbon and nitrogen in the organic matter, and while synthesizing the cytoplasm itself to multiply, it will absorb the substances in the cells. Decomposes to generate heat.2. Secondary fermentation:Also known as the maturity stage, the fermentation process in which microorganisms decompose more difficult-to-degrade organic matter and fermentation intermediates at a lower rate after one fermentation. At this stage, the easily decomposable and hard-to-decompose organic matter that has not been decomposed in the primary fermentation is further decomposed to turn it into relatively stable organic matter such as humic acid and amino acid, and a fully mature finished fermentation material is obtained.3. Post-processing:After fermentation, the finished organic materials need to be sorted to remove impurities, and according to the needs (such as the production of refined bio-organic fertilizer), the processes of re-drying, crushing, granulating, packaging, compaction and granulation should be carried out according to the actual operation. Need to determine the relevant post-processing procedures.
